Due Diligence

We provide due diligence services from standard background checks to in-depth club auditing - assessing contracts, staff, playing squads, facilities, technology and operations to provide prospective owners a comprehensive assessment of the asset against the valuation and also determine the suitability of the club against the owner’s objectives.

Valuation

We work with a range of independent valuers and models to perform valuations of sports clubs and related assets, evaluating the business.
